Cardiff has an airport; high-speed rail links from London; the M4 motorway passes the north of the city. The University is in the centre of the city.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cardiff Train Station <\/strong>is less than two hours from London by rail with trains leaving and arriving every 30 minutes. Cardiff also has direct routes to Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, and other main towns and cities. Cardiff Central Station is conveniently located in the city centre, close to many hotels and the university. <strong>Cathays Train Station<\/strong> is within sight of Cardiff Business School (a very short walk away) and has regular connections from Cardiff Train Station.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cardiff Central Coach Station<\/strong> is based in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, CF11 9HW with regular coach travel between London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh and other UK destinations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Road network <\/strong>Cardiff is easily accessible using the M4 motorway. The M4 runs through the north of the city, from London; from the Midlands, the North of England and Scotland it is a has access on the M6, M5, M50 and M4. From the South and Southwest of England Cardiff can be reach on the M5 and M4.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please note, there is <em><u>very restrictive, limited pay as you go (PAYG) parking<\/u><\/em> at Cardiff University. Car Parking at Cardiff University is controlled by Nexus and us at Cardiff Business School has no control over the policing or car parking violation fines. Entrance and exit to the site are monitored by number plate recognition and the site is monitored by Nexus enforcement officers. Please see <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/visit\/visitor-parking\">https:\/\/www.cardiff.ac.uk\/visit\/visitor-parking<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PAYG bays <strong><em>must be booked in advance<\/em><\/strong> of arrival using the \u2018<strong>RingGo<\/strong>\u2019 App. Please also note the University Car Parks are often patrolled by Nexus enforcement officers, please make a note to park in a designation visitors bay which are marked by a red line.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Taxi service <\/strong>we recommend you book and pay for any personal taxi\u2019s using Cardiff University approve provider VEEZU <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.veezu.co.uk\/cardiff\">https:\/\/www.veezu.co.uk\/cardiff<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cardiff Airport<\/strong>\u00a0has direct flights between Edinburgh, Belfast, Dublin, Paris, Munich, Geneva, Barcelona, Milan, Venice, Rome, and Amsterdam, it also has connecting routes to worldwide destinations. Cardiff Airport is connected by public transport to the City Centre which is 13 miles away.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Bristol Airport\u00a0<\/strong>has a large number of direct and connecting destinations and is less than 50 miles from Cardiff.
